Online Applications of candidates who have undergone the entry test conducted on 26th June, 2019 or 21st July 2019 are being received without which they won’t be able to get admission in undergraduate programs.
Application Procedure
Students can login to www.admissions.uaf.edu.pk with previously allotted Username and Password. After submitting online processing fee, they can select the degree and campus where they want to get admission. For admission in Evening College (Self-finance), candidates are required to download separate fee voucher of that category. Applications won’t be entertained without fee submission of certain category. Every candidate can select one or more degree programs in accordance with his/her academic background and entry test subjects. The last date of Online form Submission is Friday, 16th August 2019. For Hafiz e Quran the test and interview will be conducted on Monday, 19th August 2019.
Merit Criteria
After successful submission of application, the merit would be determined by the provided academic certificates. The merit includes 30% Matriculation Marks, 30% Intermediate/Equivalent marks, and 40% Entry Test Marks. Hafiz e Quran should mark the relevant box in the application form. An additional 20 marks would be added in their final merit after getting success in test and interview. This test and interview will be conducted at DSA office or Principal office (in case of sub campus) at 9:00 am.
Merit Lists and Fee Submission
The merit lists will be displayed on the Notice board of relevant faculty/department/sub campus. These lists will also be uploaded on the web portal. The candidates will be informed about fee submission through SMS. The students are required to submit their fee before the due date or their admission would be cancelled.
In main campus the schedule of merit list can be seen in the advertisement. The Orientation and classes will be started from Monday, 19th September 2019.
