The admission portal for Phase-2 has been opened from 5^th May, 2019 and now only three days are left to apply for undergraduate admissions as the application deadline is 28^th June, 2019. The last date of application submission for MS/PhD is 24^th July, 2019.

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Programs

Applicants must have passed the Intermediate (Part I and II) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan with a score of 60% or more marks. Or an examination equivalent to Intermediate. Such candidates are required to submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Chairman Committee, Islamabad before the starting of the semester. This certificate must indicate the marks equivalent to marks in Intermediate.

Air University Islamabad Admission

Applicants awaiting results shall be given provisional admission until declaration of their respective results. Applicants scoring 60% or more marks shall only be approved for admission. Those scoring less than 60% marks shall have their provisional admission cancelled and they shall be withdrawn from their respective program. Upon announcement of results, only those applicants who pass ALL the subjects and score at least 60% marks shall be granted admission. Applicants getting partial pass result, due to any reason, or those who require to appear in compartment / supplementary paper(s) shall not be eligible for admission, even if their aggregate marks are more than 60%.

The absolute value of percentage is considered as final; it is not rounded off to the next whole number, e.g., 59.9% is considered 59.9% and NOT 60%. The candidates who qualify the Admission Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list.

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The students seeking admission in any undergraduate program can select any one test center out of these four centers i.e. Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore and Multan. At Islamabad, the Computer-based test will be conducted from 4^th to 11^th July, 2019. In Peshawar, Lahore and Multan the test will be conducted on 13^th, 15^th and 17^th July respectively. The result of Computer-based test will be announced on 25^th July, 2019

For MS/PhD, the test will be held on 29^th and 30^th July, 2019 and the interviews will be commenced from 5^th to 7^th July, 2019.

Merit Lists

The first merit list for undergraduate programs will be declared on 1^st Aug, 2019. And, the fee submission deadline is 6^th Aug, 2019. The second and final merit list will be declared on 8^th Aug, 2019 and the deadline for fee submission is 20^th Aug, 2019.

The payment deadline for MS/PhD is 21st Aug, 2019.

Commencement of Classes

3^rd Sep, 2019 is the orientation day and classes will start from 4^th Sep, 2019.
